Live Easy Home Care uses SMS text messages to communicate important updates, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling updates
  • Caregiver shift confirmations
  • Client service updates
  • Billing or administrative notifications
  • Employment-related communication
  • General agency announcements
  • Marketing promotions (only if the user opted into marketing messages)

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Live Easy Home Care.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services from Live Easy Home Care.
