  • Remote Support: Assistance with everyday tasks conducted virtually.
  • Account Management: Setup and management of bill payments and troubleshooting account issues.
  • Medical Appointment Coordination: Scheduling and managing doctor visits.
  • Online Shopping Assistance: Help with ordering groceries, household items, and essentials.
  • Emergency home maintenance: setup (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, repairs)

Essential Premier

Essential Premier ($300/month)

  • Everything in Essential Core, plus:
  • Medication Pickup/Drop-off: Timely handling of prescriptions.
  • Wellness Phone Check-ins: Regular calls for health and well-being updates.
  • Personalized Errand Running (2 hrs): Flexible support for errands and tasks.

Essential Luxe

Essential Luxe ($600/month)

  • Everything in Essential Premier plus:
  • Biweekly In-Person Visits: Consistent face-to-face support. 
  • Doctor Visit Companionship: Assistance during medical appointments.
  • Extended Errand Running  More hands-on assistance for daily errands.
  • Comprehensive Lifestyle Coordination:  Reservations, transportation, and household services.

*Max 5 hours in person support.
